We really enjoyed the stay, it was a real good experience. Location was stunning, and the place was comfortable base for vacation. The breakfasts were varied and the service was excellent.

My stay at Indochina Sails Ha Long Bay was an unforgettable experience on a beautiful boat. The food was amazing and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I was especially impressed with the warm welcome we received upon arrival, with refreshing drinks and towels. The boat itself was beautifully designed and our room was spacious and comfortable. The highlight of our trip was the day boat expedition, where we were treated like royalty by our host, Son. The natural beauty of Ha Long Bay was breathtaking and the tranquility of the surroundings made the experience even more special. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as dusty room and pricey drinks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and the magical experience it offers.

the room there was good sized and luxurious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the breakfast with seafood and vietnamese options, for instance was rich for what you got.

We had an amazing stay on this boat. The staff were super helpful, the setting was breathtaking with beautiful views of the sea, and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable. The breakfast provided was delicious with a large amount of food and the transportation to and from the boat was well-coordinated. We also enjoyed the activities on offer during our stay.

The best thing about our stay was definitely the stunning natural scenery. We also appreciated the very comfortable bed and the fact that we were given free water bottles for the excursions. The location was great for hiking and swimming, and we enjoyed being in a group with other guests during meals and activities.

The vegetable carving and tai chi activities were short and not well-executed, and we felt that the boat should have had water filters instead of selling plastic bottles. Despite these issues, we still had a wonderful time and would recommend this experience to anyone who loves nature and relaxation.

Despite the exclusive amenities, the live entertainment was lacking. However, this minor issue was overshadowed by the overall extravagant and delightful experience.

All was perfect!

We enjoyed the stunning views of the sea and karsts during our boat tour. However, there were some small boats that would come up to the cruise and offer alcohol for much cheaper prices. The peacefulness of the sea was a welcome break from the chaos on the streets of Hanoi. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice bathroom and shower. We were happy with the friendly service and variety of food at breakfast.

The transportation from the hotel was not the best and took longer than necessary.
